Top Marks For Tony!
27 April 2017 - 10:15, by Paul Goad, Seaton Spring
Seaton Spring’s Tony Potts achieved a Merit pass of 92.4% on his recent British Water Cooler Association Plant Operators course. A Merit pass enables the holder to supervise and conduct necessary hygiene tests on an accredited UK Bottling Plant.
Seaton Spring Water has the only plant located in the North East and employs three Merit pass holders; Ian Roberts, Adam Bulmer and Tony. The course is wide ranging and encompasses all the essential operations and practices required both by the water regulations and best manufacturing practices. Topics are seperated into two modules with an exam at the end.
Seaton Spring is a long serving member of the British Water Cooler Association. Water is a food product, so strict standards and rigorous water testing are vital to ensure an unimpeachable product.
